We have developed our approach so that becoming a partner is as simple and transparent as possible.

  • To start the process, you’ll be booked in for a one-to-one meeting with your personal portfolio manager, who will go through everything with you to ensure you understand the process. We’re happy to answer any questions about how we structure our investments, how we invest alongside you, how we prioritise your returns, how we manage our properties to increase yields and capital gains, how our previous investments have performed, and how much you can invest – or any other questions you may have.

  • Next, we will present you with the properties we’re currently looking at investing in, along with all the information we have on them, to allow you to make an informed decision. We do a considerable amount of due diligence on every property we invest in – as does the major US bank providing the financing for each investment, and the property management company for each investment. We can show you examples from our previous investments of all the documents and report we have, so you can see the level of detail we can give you to allow you to make a decision after informing yourself fully.

  • Whatever your investment amount, we work as hard as we can to provide our partners with a cash on cash return, even if that means transferring some of our income to you. We only see profits when you’ve had a return on your investment.

Track your investments
  • We use an online investment tracking system that allows you to keep tabs on your investment’s performance, which will track data that you will have access to throughout. In addition, you will receive personal attention from your portfolio manager throughout the investment process. We also provide a quarterly report, supervised by an accountant, to show you how your investment is performing. Our partners’ earnings are paid out on a quarterly basis into whatever account you specify – and there is the potential for a share of the capital gain when the property is sold (usually 3-5 years after the initial investment).
